Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 29 October 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.hostlylondon.com (the "Website") and the property management services offered by Hostly London ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. About us
Hostly London provides short and medium-term rental management (Airbnb management) services for residential properties in London, United Kingdom. Contact: info@hostlylondon.com.
2. Use of the Website
- The Website is provided for information about our services and to allow property owners to contact us.
- You must not misuse the Website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code or submit false information.
- Information, market figures and income estimates shown on the Website are indicative only and do not constitute a guarantee of earnings.
3. Property owners
- Submitting an enquiry form does not create a contract. Our management services are provided only under a separate written Management Agreement signed by both parties.
- Our fees start from 15% of rental revenue. Final fees, services included and notice periods are set out in the Management Agreement.
- Owners are responsible for ensuring they have the right to let the property, including consent from any mortgage lender, freeholder or landlord, and suitable insurance.
- Owners must comply with applicable law, including the Greater London 90-night annual limit for short lets of entire homes (Deregulation Act 2015) unless planning permission has been granted, and fire, gas and electrical safety requirements.
4. Guests and bookings
Guest bookings are made through our booking engine provided by Kross Travel or through third-party platforms (e.g. Airbnb, Booking.com). Each booking is subject to the specific rate, house rules and cancellation policy shown at the time of booking and to the terms of the platform used. Guests must respect house rules, building rules and neighbours, and are liable for damage caused during their stay.
